    45″ minute jump rope / jumping jacks
    30 ” plank
    45″ minute alternate lunges
    30″ plank
    45″ minute squat
    30″ plank
    45″ push ups
    30″ plank
    45″ Burpees
    30″ plank

    For a total of 2 rounds with 1 minute rest between them.
