    We start with ,
    2 minutes jumping rope
    20 x Air squat
    20 x walking lunges
    30″ rest
    10 x squat jump
    10 x split lunges (jump lunges)
    30″ rest
    20 x knee push ups
    5 x push ups
    30″ rest
    20 x crunches
    10 x sit ups
    30″ rest
    50 Burpees
    1′ rest
    Repeat ^^
